Stuff on my heart-----

I am leaving tomorrow morning early to pick up three of my grandchildren. They will spend the week in Nebraska with us and my parents, who are travelling from the West coast. I am enjoying my time with Stacie here and am so very happy she is my sister in Christ. I am both awed and humbled at the way my Father keeps blessing me over and over, flooding me, overwhelming me with His special gifts. Worship today was wonderful and I feel at peace, happy to be with family and blessed by their love for us. My face hurts from smiling!

As Thanksgiving approaches, I am reminded how much God loves me and am even more aware of His grace. I may be posting sporadically for the next week but I wanted to share with you all this great video. May we all remember how blessed we are to be "new again".

Neva -Enjoy your grandchildren and time with your parents. I read your heart wrenching story of "Shiela". I'm sure many have "Shiela's" in their lives - prayer is powerful and I will pray for her.

God Bless

Now you've done it, Neva. It's just too early to be reduced to tears - a mixture of tears in thanksgiving and tears of shame that I did that to God's Son. But thank you, dear one for bringing this graphic, non-sanitized reality to us again. I'm thankful God used Mel Gibson to bring this graphic presentation to us of our LORD's Passion, death and resurrection!!!

I too wish you and yours a loving, joyful Thanksgiving time. Be careful driving back to No. Platte. I'll be waiting for your next blog.

btw-it would seem my muse is toying with me - teasing me with it's possible return. I've actually blogged 2-3 times this past week. What?!?!?!?!?

Love you, dear sister-in-Him!

I had never heard that song before, but I remember you speaking once about Mary and how she suffered but could have had the most amazing testimony. I have thought about that lesson many many times. Maybe the writers of this song heard the same lesson, :)
