48 Birthday Reasons

Today is my 48th birthday--I know--most women don't tell their age but I am pretty proud to have been one of God's favorite children for 48 years. I like the lists bloggers post-- so today, I am asking for 48 reasons blogging is a good thing.
I will begin with the first one:
1. It allows me yet another way to share God's word.

So now, can you, my e-friends, come up with 47 more?

Blessings

First - HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!!! Hugs and prayers for a blessed day.

Reasons to blog?

1-A wider sphere of listnership (sic) than more traditional venues.
2-Wonderful way to meet new friends and deepen older ones.
3-Draws me closer to my Savior as I talk about Him - I identify with Him so much more through blogosphere. (sic)
4-Writing down events in my life brings God's blessings to mind more acutely - ergo my thanksgiving is deeper too and more consistent.
5-Then there's you, dear Neva!! :)

Happy Birthday, Neva - a day later, but you're still 48, right?!

I like (Christian) blogging because it allows ME yet another way to LEARN God's Word by what others have to say and share.

I hope mine encourages others. That is what I strive for, even in my weaknesses.

Cheers & Blessings to you all today!

Reason # 22 (I think)--because blogging is the evangelistic tool that reaches across the world--the whole world.

Blogging is great because when you are overseas working for God, it keeps you in touch with those who are stateside partnering with you on the mission field.

This is an easy one--blogging is great because it is through this very blog that you led me to the Lord and a better life than I ever dreamed of. Thank you and happy birthday!

#25
Because we (Christians) can't drink or gamble so we have to have some kind of "acceptable" vice.

[[Please note that out of respect to you I didn't not make a more comprehensive list of things we "can't" do.]] ;)

Happy Birthday Neva, 48 years you are now entering the best time of your life!

Hope you have many more too!

Blogging is connection with people from distant parts that would otherwise be unavailable and sharing yourself and God's love is always a good thing!

oops! Guess I already said #31. So instead of being fun---how about it is good clean and usually wholesome entertainment.

I have read lots of blogs and it seems like some of them (one in particular and you know which one) is simply a way to vent---a bitter and angry woman, trying to elicit sympathy from others and trying to make everyone think she is what she is not---but, you asked what is good--maybe the anonymity--you can say what you want--maybe the things you wouldn't have the guts to say in person.

I like blogging because one can learn so much from brothers and sisters in Christ who they might not ever get a chance to meet face to face.
Hope you had a very wonderful birthday, dear
